Cat Neutering

Cat Neutering

A huge number of cats get euthanised in shelters each year. We always promote the spaying of cats so that it helps decrease the number of cats producing litters that cant be homed.

Why should you have your cat spayed or neutered?
To avoid the impregnation of your cat it is advised to have your cat neutered. It is also better for your cats health.

Should you let your cat have a litter first?
If you have your cat spayed before first heat or litter, it is actually shown to reduce the risk of certain cancers. So we recommend the earlier as the better option.

Is it ok to spay my cat as a kitten?
Yes, it is. Once your cat turns eight weeks of age and weighs atleast two pounds they can be spayed.
